Skills / Requirements: (or ability to obtain within 90days) Real Estate License AND/OR

• Series 65 or 66 License
• BS or BA preferred
• Advanced Certifications (CFP, CMPS, ARC, CRS, MBA, etc.) preferred
• Existing transferable book of business preferred
• Marketing and sales experience
